I believe that yoga is for everyBODY. No matter what ails you, yoga can help. There are so many types of yoga, and my purpose in life is to share them with the world.
We all have our own unique body, life experience, and sole purpose in life.
I love yoga and all it has to offer. I enjoy the opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and focus on self reflection. Yoga came to me in my teens while I was a sophomore in high school. I took it as an elective and never looked back. For someone who finds it challenging to workout in the conventional way, I connected with the fluid movement, breath work, and internal contemplation.

I struggled with health issues after the birth of my daughter and decided to take the journey to healing through yoga. I am able to spend time with my daughter and take care of myself.
Yoga has been there for me at my best, and at my worst, and it is for that reason that I vow to share it with the world. ​
